How we badge jobs
Every job carries two badges. Visa sponsorship covers your work authorization. Relocation assistance covers the move itself: moving costs, stipends or temporary housing.
Confirmed
Visa sponsorship confirmedThe job posting says the employer sponsors visas for this role. We show the quote.
Relocation assistance confirmedThe posting offers a relocation package, moving costs, a stipend or temporary housing. We show the quote.

Visa sponsorship likelyThe posting doesn't say, but the employer has a strong recent record of NYC H-1B filings for similar roles.
Relocation assistance likelyThe posting welcomes candidates relocating to New York, without naming a package.

Relocation assistance not statedThe posting doesn't mention help with moving. Ask the employer before you accept.
Not offered

Our sources
- Employer career sites, daily. We collect every posting from employers' own career sites each day, read it for sponsorship and relocation language, and remove jobs once they close.
- U.S. Department of Labor H-1B LCA data, Oct 2025–Jun 2026. Labor Condition Applications filed for New York City jobs. Filings show intent to sponsor, not guaranteed approval.
If we can't back a badge up, we say “not stated.” Employers can confirm or correct their policy.
Sponsorship and relocation decisions are made by employers. RELO NYC doesn't provide immigration or legal advice, so confirm details with the employer or an immigration attorney.
