That depends on relocation volume and your category. We’re in growth mode and would rather set realistic expectations and over-deliver. Partners who provide great experiences get featured more prominently over time.
Not at all. Many employees initially relocate to Manhattan or Brooklyn, but we work with partners across all boroughs. Tell us your coverage area in the application and we’ll route accordingly.
We review every application personally โ€” your background, service area, reviews, and how you describe your work. For most partners, we’ll have a short intro call before listing you. We prioritize businesses that are responsive, professional, and NYC-savvy.
Yes. We take curation seriously. If a partner consistently receives poor feedback or stops being responsive, we’ll reach out โ€” and in some cases remove the listing. Quality over quantity is the whole point.
